INGREDIENT SALMON

INGREDIENTS:
– 1 pound of fresh salmon
– 1 cup of freshly-squeezed lemon juice
– 2 teaspoons (tsp) of Italian seasoning
– salt and pepper (for taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
– Place salmon in a shallow pan and add the lemon juice.
– Coat each piece of salmon thoroughly with the juice.
– Marinate the salmon for an hour in the refrigerator.
– Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
– Lay the salmon onto a lined baking sheet or pan.
– Coat each piece of fish with Italian seasoning.
– Bake for about 10 minutes and serve.
