Cheesy stuffed mushrooms!
A great starter for your evenings!
Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
250g mushrooms
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
2 tbsp grated paneer
1 tsp oreganos
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp salt or as per taste
1/2 cup processed/mozzarella cheese
Garnish- pinch of oregano, chilli flakes and finely chopped coriander leaves
Method:
Wash the mushrooms thoroughly. De-stem them with the help of a knife. Now, take a pan, add oil/ butter to it. Add, onions, bell peppers, grated paneer, oregano, chilli flakes, ketchup and salt to the pan. Cook everything for 3-4 minutes on medium flame or until it is well sautéed. Transfer the prepare mixture in a bowl. Now, add the mixture to the mushrooms. Gently press it inwards. Add generous amount of cheese to it. Bake it for 180 degrees until the cheese melts. Garnish it with pinch of oregano, chilli flakes and chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
