Hi lovelys, I feel like the internet is bursting with healthy recipes after the holidays. Yes, I am also trying to eat healthier, but I mean there are so many that they are making me feel quilty all the time whenever I eat something that is even a little on the naughty side😅 Anyone else here feeling like this? I really do hope I am not the only one🙄 But some good things also come from this and that is how this crunchy celery salad was born. During the winter months I find it hard to make myself eat salad, because the tomatoes and cucumbers just don´t taste as good during the winter months. So I decided to swap my regular salad for a salad with seasonal winter veggies and some fruit and the result was so flavorful and delicious😋 Even my boyfriend, who I thought I will not be able to make eat raw celery, asked me what was this salad, because he thought it was delicious😍I hope you will also like this recipe and if you try it out, please let me know what you think about it💖
