This weight loss salad recipe gives fullness because of the rich fiber content. 1 cup of Broccoli contains only 30 calories, so it’s a good option for weight loss and can be taken as a good snack in between the major meals in order to reduce food craving. Weight loss broccoli salad was made by steaming it for 5 minutes on high flame and added with required amount of Black salt, crushed pepper, coriander leaves and little lemon juice for better taste. Another healthier broccoli salad prepared in order to give a little more taste to the tasty buds is made by using ½ Teaspoon of coconut oil poured into a pan and added with little grated ginger and small pieces of garlic for better flavor, along with one medium sized onions and tomato. After 3 minutes of sauteing, 1 cup of steamed Broccoli is added and the flame is switched off.
