Ingredients:
Bread Slices (Brown/White)- 6
Curd – 2 Tablespoon
Semolina – 3 Tablespoon
Malai/Cream – 3 Tablespoon
Onion – 1,Finely Chopped
Capsicum – 1/2, Finely Chopped
Tomato – 1, Finely Chopped
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Cheese – 2 Cubes
Salt – To Taste
Refined Oil – 2 Tablespoon
Instructions :
1.Press the steel katori/cookie cutter on the bread peice, so that you get bread roundels.
2.In a bowl, add curd, malai/cream, semolina. Mix well.
3.Add chopped onions, tomato and capsicum.
4.Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix Well.
5.Heat oil in a frying pan on a medium flame.
6.Apply 2 teaspoons of the mixture on each bread slice with a spoon.Spread.
7.Put the bread slice with the mixture side facing down so that it gets cooked.
8.Cook for one minute.
9.Now turn the bread slice and cook for one minute on a medium flame till the bread is crispy.
10.Grate cheese.
11.Serve with green chutney/ketchup.
