Tasty and healthy vegetarian salad with red kidney beans and mushrooms combination, this salad is best suitable for people who are in diet to lose weight. This protein rich salad is very simple to prepare.

Ingredients:
Red Kidney Beans – 300 g
Fresh Corn or Canned Corn – 200 g
Yellow Capsicum – 1 small size
Green Capsicum – 1 small size
Coriander – 1 small bunch
Tomatoes – 1 Big
White Sesame – 2 tbsp
Olive Oil – 30 ml
Pink salt – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mushroom Frying:
Fresh Mushrooms – 500 g or (Canned Mushrooms – 200 g)
Ginger garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Salt or Taste
