Air Fryer Pickle Chicken –
Air Fryer Apple Turnovers
Smart points: 3 SP for 1
1 apple
1 can of reduced fat crescent rolls
1 Tbl sweetener of your choice (I used stevia)
1-2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
Instructions: Chop apple, add in sweetener and spice, mix to combine. Unroll crescents and place some of the apple mixture at the large end of the crescent and roll toward the small end. Brush the rolls with egg white. Place in air fryer basket and cook at 360 degrees for 5-8 minutes – check after 5 minutes!
Air Fryer Jicama
Smart points: 0 SP
Cut jicama into matchsticks. Sprinkle on some garlic powder and smoked paprika. You can use whatever kind of spice you want! Spray with some cooking spray. Place in air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes depending on your air fryer and how crispy you want them.
Pizza Sauce
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 Tbl minced garlic
1 1/2 Tbl parsley
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1 cup water
