Oven Roasted Turkey Avocado Panini

Macros for the WHOLE Panini:
547 Cals, 47g Carbs, 19g Fat, 53g Protein

Ingredients:
2 Slices of Bread of your choice (mine was Sourdough and had 40g Carbs for 2 Slices)
6oz Oven Roasted Deli Turkey Breast (I use Boars Head)
42g 2% Colby Jack Cheese (Highly recommend using sliced instead of shredded for this recipe even though I used shredded in the video)
42g Avocado
20g Roasted Red Peppers

Pepperoni Pizza Panini

Macros for the WHOLE Panini:
550 Cals, 49g Carbs, 21g Fat, 36g Protein

Ingredients:
2 Slices of Bread of your choice (mine was Sourdough and had 40g Carbs for 2 Slices)
80g Pizza Sauce
70g Part Skim Mozzarella
20 Turkey Pepperonis
Fresh Basil & Oregano

Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Macros for each Chicken Tender:
129 Cals, 13g Carbs, 1g Fat, 17g Protein

Ingredients (makes about 17 2.5oz Tenders):
40oz Chicken Breast
100g All Purpose Flour
20g Corn Starch
Salt & Garlic Powder
1 Large Egg
50g Egg Whites
Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
150g Panko Bread Crumbs

Buffalo Chicken Tender Panini

Macros for the WHOLE Panini:
