Chocolate protein bread (or high protein bread in general) is something that should be in everybody’s diet. Every keto person I know is searching for a healthy bread/ low carb bread recipe haha. I mean come on, who would have thought that we would be able to pack in 42g of protein into a loaf of bread?

My recipe variation written out:
– 150g instead of 210g of egg whites
– 1g cream of tartar
Whip until peak
– 12g husk
– 30g whey
– 10g cocoa (can omit if you don’t want chocolate or add more if you want more chocolatey)
– pinch of xantham gum
– 2-3g baking powder
– sweetener to taste
– 5g flour (coconut preferred but u can use any)
Mix and bake at 350 for about 30 min or until a crust has formed
Freeze for 15 min
