So, the first low calorie meal of the day is an absolutely game changer – healthy protein banana bread. This contains 367 calories, 46g carbs, 6g fat and 30g protein and as far as healthy banana bread goes, this is up there with the very best.

Then I move onto an insane low calorie deep dish pizza. This definitely falls into the category of easy high protein meals and it’s so versatile too. 458 calories, 13g fat and 44g protein.

And last but not least we have super easy, high protein sloppy joes. This recipe contains 445 calories, 45g carbs, 5g fat and 52g protein.
