Original recipes + measurements:
CARROT CAKE RECIPE:
For the cake:
300g chopped carrots
60g coconut flour
60g regular flour
13g baking powder
150g egg whites
100g unsweetened apple saus
60g maple syrup or honey or any kind of sweetener
400ml unsweetened almond milk
Bake for 30/35 min in the oven at 180degrees C
FROSTING:
100g low fat greek yoghurt
100g fat free cream cheese
15g whey protein (vanilla flavour)
Original recipe:
LOW CALORIE CHEESECAKE RECIPE:
225g fat free cream cheese
255g low fat greek yoghurt
1 egg yolk
4 egg whites
15 whey protein vanilla flavour
Bake for 5 min in the oven at 180 degrees C than reduce to 90 degrees C and bake for another 25 min.

CHOCOLATE CAKE:
100ml unsweetened almond milk
200g sour cream
2 eggs
60g coconut flour
80g coco powder
13g baking powder
Bake for 25 min in the oven at 180 degrees C
FOR THE GANACHE:
60g dark chocolate
50ml unsweetened almond milk
