🌺Egg Dish
1 egg & 3 egg whites
spinach
lean smoked ham
2 % Mexican blend cheese

Mix eggs, spinach and ham n bowl, cover bowl with papertowel, pop the bowl into the microwave and cook on high power for 45 seconds.
Remove bowl, beat eggs very well, scraping down the sides of the bowl, and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds.
Remove bowl, beat eggs and return for 20 seconds.
They should be a little runny on top. Scramble the eggs, add cheese and allow to sit for abour 1 minute. The eggs will continue to cook a bit and the liquid will be absorbed. This is important to remember because you don’t want overcooked, rubbery eggs.

Flatout Thin Pizza Crust 130 Calories
Pizza Sauce
Turkey Pepperoni
2% Mozarella Cheese

Cut crust in half
Put on Parchment paper and microwave for 1 minute
Flip and microwave another minute
Add sauce, Turkey Pepperoni and cheese and microwave for 45 seconds or until cheese is melted

Corn Tortillas
Fat Free Refried Beans
2 % Mexican blend cheese
light Sour Cream
Lettuce, Tomatoes, Avocado

Heat 2 Corn Tortillas in the oven for 1 minute
Flip and heat another minute
Add Refried Beans and Cheese
Micrwave 30-45 seconds or until cheese is melted
add toppings

Keto Friendly Pizza
Place 2 Slices of Cheese on Parchment Paper and cook in Microwave for 1 full minute.
It will sizzle/bubble and spread. Let it sit and cool for a minute or two. It will become really crispy. Add pizza sauce and pepperoni
