Try this homemade Trader Joe’s Vegan Chickenless Seasoning:
-8 tbl tumeric
-1 tsp sea salt
-3 tbl garlic
-2 tbl onion powder
*Store in a glass jar (bonus for it being recycled!)

Lazy Shepard Pie: *What I used:
-2 cups frozen veggies
-1 can stewed tomatoes
-2 tbl onion bullion seasoning
-1/2 can corn
-2 cups cooked lentils
-4 cups frozen hashbrowns
*I put all ingredients except the hashbrowns in my skillet, and cooked with about 1/4 cup of water. I added them to my 9×9 baking dish and covered with hashbrowns. Baked at 400 degrees or about 30-35 minutes or until hashbrowns are cooked to your liking

Chickpea Salad: *What I used:
-1 can chickpeas
-3 tbl dijon mustard
-1 tbl ACV
-1 tbl TJs seasoning
-4 large sticks of celery
*Put all ingredients except celery into a food processor, blend until it is the texture of your choice, Add in chopped celery

My homemade bread

Southwest Taco Rice *What I used:
-2 tbl taco seasoning
-2 cups cooked black beans
-1 chopped red pepper
-1/4 cup chopped red onion
-1 1/2 cups rice
*I do equal parts rice / water in my instant pot and cook with the seasoning for 12 minutes natural release for 5
*I add my beans, peppers and onions after my rice is cooked and let it sit in the hot rice for a few minutes to steam by putting the IP lid on. If you like more cooked veggies throw them in and let them cook with the rice
