Firecracker Chicken:
(We added some onion powder & garlic powder to ours!)
*Drumstick Cook Time : 400 degree oven, 40-45 minutes.
Adam’s BBQ Sauce:
– 2 Tbsp. butter
– 2 Tbsp. BBQ rub
– 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
– 1/4 C. ketchup
– 1 Tbsp each:
molasses
dijon mustard
apple cider vinegar
Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp. each:
seasoned salt
garlic powder
onion powder
-S&P to taste
***This time, we added 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce***
