Non-Fermented Crepes with Heart-Healthy Oats, Brown Rice, and Lentils.

Dosa is a South Indian, fermented crepe made from Rice and Lentils. But this recipe is all about healthy and non-fermented crepe made from heart-healthy Oats, Brown Rice, and Lentils.

How to Make Dosa?
Once the Batter is ready; Heat the tawa/pan on medium heat
Once the Pan becomes hot, sprinkle some water, once water evaporates;
then add a drop of oil and run with an half-onion; then take a ladle full of batter.
Pour the batter and gently spread the batter starting from the center and moving outwards.

Why to rub onion before making Dosa?
No need to rub on a non-stick pan. Use on Grill/Tawa/ Cast Iron Pans.
