6 slices loaf bread of your choice, roughly 2-inches thick, and preferably tomato basil loaf
6 tbsp hummus of your choice, preferably roasted bell pepper and jalapeño hummus
1¼ oz lettuce leaves of your choice
4 oz tomatoes, thinly sliced
7 oz cucumbers, thinly sliced
5½ oz red onion, thinly sliced
4 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
4 oz bell peppers of your choice, preferably Peppadew peppers and chopped
To Serve:
1 oz potato chips per serving
