Garam Masala- 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt- to taste
Rolled Oats: 1/2 cup
Chopped Vegatables of your choice – 1 bowl (like carrot, boiled pe, capas, boiled corns, paneer, capsicum etc
Water: 1 & 1/2 cupe
Pundina powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Basil – 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano- 1/2 teaspoon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Freshly chopped green coriander to garnish
