►1 Tbsp granulated sugar
►1 tsp baking soda
►1/4 tsp salt
►3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
►2 large eggs
►1 tsp vanilla extract
►2 medium bananas, mashed (1 cup), plus more sliced banana to serve
►1 Tbsp butter, divided, to sautee
