Sprout Moong Suji Nashta Recipe Ingredients
1 Cup Suji(Semolina)
3/4 cup Medium Khatta Dahi(Medium sour curd)
3/4 cup water
1 Cup Sprout Moong(Sprout Green Gram)
3 Tikhiwali Hari Mirch (Spicy Green chilli)
3 Lasun ki kali (Garlic clove)
1 Big pc Adrak chopped (Ginger)
1 1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
4 to 5 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)

1 Tsp Moongfali oil for Grease Dhokla Thali
1 Tsp ENO (Fruit salt)
2 to 3 Tbl sp Water
Red chilli powder for sprinkle on Dhokla
1 Cup Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
2 to 3 Tlkhiwali Hari Mirch (Spicy Green chilli)
1/4 Cup Pudina Ke patte(Mint leaves)
5 Lasun ki kali (Garlic clove)
1 inch Adrak chopped (Ginger)
1/2 Tsp salt
1 to 1 1/2 Tbl sp Chini(Sugar)
1 1/2 Limboo ka Ras(Lemon juice)
1/4 cup Farsan sev or Bundi or Gathia
1 Tsp Moongfali oil for applying on Dhokla
