Are you struggling to come up with good tasting meals while on your weight loss journey, that are also simple and easy to make? These healthy quesadillas are high in protein and fiber. Not only are they low in calories, they will fill you up as well! From start to finish this quesadilla recipe only takes around 5-10 minutes. This is perfect if you need a simple meal and want to stay within your macros when you don’t have a lot of time to spend cooking.
INGREDIENTS
1) Protein Flatbread x 1 (Any low-cal wrap will work, but it will change the macros)

2) Low-Fat Shredded cheese x 30g
â €
3) Cooked chicken breast (or your preference of protein source) x 50g
â €
4) Salsa x 1-2tbsp
(2 is a little runny, but tastes great!)

5) Hot sauce if you like it spicy!

Calories – 276
Protein – 34g
Fat – 9g
Carbs – 21g
*also 8g fiber because of the wrap!
