By the end of the video, you will see what I eat in a day. These are recipes to shrink fibroids. These recipes are foods to treat fibroids. They will fit the fibroid diet. Recipes

Celery Juice – Serves 1 (32 oz of Juice)
2 heads celery washed and trimmed to fit juicer

Crunch Boston Lettuce Salad – Serves 2
1 to 2 heads Boston Lettuce
2 to 3 cups chopped red cabbage
¼ to ½ cup chopped red onion
1 tomato chopped
1 carrot sliced into ribbons – I use the titan peeler
¼ cup raisins
½ cucumber chopped
Sprinkle of Herb Fest by Frontier Brand to taste
Sprinkle of onion flakes to taste
Top with cracked black pepper to taste

Lemon Dijon Mustard Dressing – Serves 2
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup raisins
2 teaspoons no salt Dijon Mustard
½ tablespoon herb fest by frontier brand
black pepper, to taste
Salt to taste optional

Bowl of Cherries – Serves 1
Smoothie – Serves 1
2 packed cups kale or spinach
2 cups almond milk or water
2 cup black or red grapes
1 banana
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 teaspoon barley grass juice powder OR
1 date
