Quick Spicy Tuna Hand Roll Recipe:
In a bowl add and mix –
1 small can tuna
1 tbsp minced onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
2 tsp soy sauce
On a toasted sheet of nori (seaweed) layer with sushi rice, add lettuce, carrot matchsticks, and tuna mixture. Roll. slice, and place in your Bento Box!
