Today’s recipe is tasty, delicious, and easy to make…This recipe is full of anti-oxidants, Fibres (Roughage) and Nutrients… So this is a must try when you want to eat something healthy in either breakfast, or as even a dessert( No sugar Dessert)… It will help reduce weight too as its made from the goodness of whole grain cereal oats and is very rich in fibres so keeps the digestion proper and efficient.So do try at your home too..

Ingredients:
Yoghurt 1 cup
Salt 1 pinch
Roasted Oats 1/3 cup,
Honey 2 tbsp or as per your taste.
COMPLETELY OPTIONAL – Vanilla eseence(4-5 drops)
Roasted nuts as per taste ( I have added Almonds and Cashew nuts)
Fruits as per taste and availability ( I have added Mango, Pineapple, Pomegranate, Kiwi, Banana, Plums)
