For Moong Dal Toast

INGREDIENTS

2 cups (240 ml) Moong Dal/ Yellow lentils
1 green chilli, 1/2 inch ginger
& 2 garlic cloves
1 green capsicum finely chopped
1 small carrot grated
1 Small Onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder,
a pinch of Asafoetida
Few Fresh Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Eno fruit salt(Lemon/Basic) & little water
Butter/Ghee/Oil
