healthy high protein chana kabab recipe
ingredients-
black chana (shocked) – 1 cup
Hingh powder- 1/4 tsp
Boiled potatoes- 2 medium
Onion – 1 medium
ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
some fine chopped coriander leaves
red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder- 1/2
amchur powder- 1/2 tsp
black salt- 1/2 tsp
dry roast besan – 3 tbsp ( for binding kabab)
oil- 1 tbsp ( for roasting kabab)
