Vegetable pasta recipe
Serving-1
1-Pasta-40 gm
2-Paneer-50 gm
3-Cabbage-100 gm
4-Cauliflower-50 gm
5-Onion-40 gm
6-Carrot-20 gm
7-Capsicum-50 gm
8-Oil-5 gm
9-Coriander powder-1 tsp
10-Turmeric-1 tsp
11-Garlic-5 cloves
12-Red chili powder-as per taste
13-Oregano- as per taste
14-Coriander leaves- for garnish
15-Salt- as per taste
Cooking process
1-Wash and chop all vegetables into long slices.
2-Take a bowl add water and pasta cook it for 5-8 min.
3-Take a pan add oil, heat it.
4-Then add chopped garlic and onion, fry it for 3-4 min.
5-Then add chopped cabbage, chopped cauliflower, chopped carrot, chopped cabbage.
6-Add spices like turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
7-Mix well , cook it for 5 min.
8-Then add cooked pasta, grated paneer, coriander leaves, red chili flakes and oregano.
9-Mix well cook for 1 min.
10-Our healthy high protein vegetable pasta is ready to serve.
