Ingredients… Lettuce. -1 head
Red onion. -1… medium chopped
Tomato. – 1 medium chopped
Cucumber. -1 medium chopped
Avocado. -1 peeled and sliced
Pecans/ walnuts…- 5/6. Chopped
Dressing… EVOO. 2 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt and Pepper as per taste
Prep…. Mix all the ingredients mentioned in a dressing section in a small bottle or jar and give a stir/ shake. This dressing you can store for 15+ days.
—- Mix all the veggies in a large bowl and add prepared dressing on it. Give a nice and quick stir.
