Preparation
Mix half a cup of sugar with 200 ml of milk. Mix 5 ml of vanilla essence with the milk. Take the resulting mixture and slowly bring it to a boil in a heated pan while stirring and stir till the milk thickens and take off the flame to let it cool . Mix 10 gms of soaked agar or china grass to 50 ml of hot water and mix till the agar dissolves and add the mixture to the milk mixture and stir for three minutes till the mixture thickens. Pour the mixture into a greased pudding mold. Let it cool in room temperature for 30 minutes. Then refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes. Serve with some tutti frutti pieces on top after taking off the mold.
