In this video I am going to show you all how to make a Healthy Breakfast Diet Dish which is made with Milk, Egg & many Vegetables. If this dish is made with water instead of Milk then it is called Jhal Ruti or Gola Ruti in Bengali and this type of Ruti can also be made just by adding Flour, Water & little bit of Salt.. It is a type of Ruti which is very simple & easy to make. Senior citizens can eat this dish as it is soft as well as healthy and children will love to take this Dish to School for meal. Furthermore this type of Ruti is oilfree if made in nonstick pan but if made in a normal pan then little bit of Oil is required to spread in the pan so that the Batter doesn’t get stuck. This Ruti can be eaten with Sabji, Pickles, Tomato Sauce or even plain. If you don’t have time or you dont want to make Ruti then you can easily make this Protein healthy Breakfast which just takes around 10Mins to make.

Masala Dosa-

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAKING THIS HEALTHY BREAKFAST:-
Tomato- 1 (Big)
Milk- 1 Cup
Flour- 1/2 Bowl
Egg- 1
Onion- 1 (Big)
Coriander Leaves- 1 Tbspoon
Sugar- 1/2 Tbspoon
Cumin Powder- 1?2 Tbspoon
Salt- As per required
Oil- Little bit

COOKING PROCESS:-
1) Mix Tomato, Milk, Flour, Egg, Onion, Coriander Leaves, Sugar, Salt, Cumin Powder.
2) Make a smooth Batter (not to thick nor to liquidity).
3) Spread some Oil in a pan (if non stick pan no need of spreading Oil).
4) Abit heat the pan.
5) Put the Batter and spread the batter in the pan.
6) Close the cover & cook one side.
7) When one side is cooked Flip the Ruti and cook the other side.
8) Keep on rotating & pressing the side parts so that the side parts doesn’t remain raw.
9) In the same process flip the Ruti & cook if required.
10) Then serve the Ruti in a plate with Sabji, Pickles or Sauce.
