SPICY GARLIC SHRIMP
INGREDIENTS
12 Large shrimp
Salt to taste
Pepper to tast,
1 Tsp Cayenne pepper
1 Tsp Garlic & Onion, spice blend
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Heat the butter and oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the shrimp 2-3 minutes on each side
BUTTER GARLIC MUSHROOMS
INSTRUCTIONS
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 an onion chopped (optional)
1 pound (500 g) Cremini brown mushrooms
2 Tbsp vegetable broth
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4 cloves garlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MUSHROOMS
Heat the butter and oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté the onion until softened (about 3 minutes).
Cook the mushrooms for about 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
