Today we present to you 3 tasty and healthy salads that I usually eat for my lunch. These are very old school easy recipes of non veg and veg salads. Those of you who are having a hard time spending time at kitchen, this will save a lot of ur effort. You can always store the ingredients chopped and boiled seperately and then just add at the time for meals. You can always change experiment with different protein sources such as chicken, tuna, prawns, tofu, paneer and beans according to your preferences.
