ROCK SALT),
7.) PACKED FOODS & SNACKS or
READY-TO-EAT or DRINK Items.
“Is STRICTLY NEGLECTED”.
AND
WATER, FRUITS, VEGETABLES, EGG-WHITES,
NONVEG (If Non-vegetarian), Himalayan-
SALT, OLIVE OIL ,
” Is Being CONSUMED”.
ALSO
WALK, EXERCISES, YOGA, SKIPPING & 1DAY
IN A WEEK ‘NO EAT DAY’.
