Welcome Back To my Channel. Last week I couldn’t post a video because I was so busy but today I am back with a brand new video and it’s a healthy dinner recipe kind of. I love soups. Be it winter or Summer, I live for warm soups. Previously it used to be noodles soup with lots of MSGs and carbohydrate rich soups. But from a year back, I am more into Healthy and nutritious foods. Thus, I love making and having soups which are healthy as well as nutrients dense. This chicken soup is rich in Protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals due to the presence of chicken, taro leaves and beans. Taro Leaves also known as Karkalo is rich in fiber and aids in weight loss because it has less calories. This whole meal consists around 500 calories roughly. Due to the Chicken it will make you full for longer period of time and provided you adequate nutrients and protein.
