Ingredients for Eggless oatmeal bread recipe:

•180 g (1 1/2 Cup) Oatmeal Flour

•105 g (1Cup) Ground Flaxseed

•50 g (1/3 Cup) Psyllium Husk

•½ tsp Salt

•70 g (1/3 cup) Coconut Oil (melted)

•290 ml Warm Water

Instructions:

•Preheat the oven to 200°C (392 F).

•Place oatmeal flour, ground flaxseeds, psyllium husk, and salt into a bowl and mix all together.

•Add warm water and coconut oil and mix it. Let it rest to soak for 30 minutes.

•Shape the mass into the desired shape, I shape it into a loaf and place it on a prepared flat tray.

• Bake it for 55 minutes. The bread will sound hollow when it’s done.

•Let the bread cool completely before cutting it.
