Today I am back with a quick and a healthy breakfast recipe. All we need is just some Oats, Eggs and a few veggies. A high protein food to energise our body or to relish it on the weekends lazing from our busy schedules on weekdays. Oats Omelette recipe which can be made in just under 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
Egg – 4
Finely chopped Onion – 2 Tbsp
Finely chopped de-seeded tomato- 2 Tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum – 2 Tbsp
Grated Carrot – 4 Tbsp
Oats – ½ Cup
Milk – ¾ Cup
Salt – To taste
Pepper – 1 Tsp
