Healthy quinoa upma recipe
2 cups quinoa
2 cups mix vegetables like – carrot,
capsicum, pea, beans
3 chillies
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon urad dal
1 medium size onion
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 to 4 cups water
