Here’s my version if low calorie pizza crust. It has only 208 CALORIES FOR THE WHOLE CRUST.

🌸 Ingredients
Oat flour: 8 tablespoons (15 grams per tablespoon)
Yeast: 1 teaspoon (5.69 grams)
Warm water: 1/4 cup (59 ml)
White sugar (optional) 1/2 teaspoon (2 grams)
Low fat milk or milk powder: 1 tablespoon (15 ml or 7.81 grams)
