Crockpot steak fajitas:
2 peppers sliced (any colors)
1 onion (chopped in large chunks)
1-2 pounds of sirloin steak
1-2 packets of fajita seasoning
1/2C water or beef broth
2T olive oil
2T minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
-Add peppers and onions to bottom of crock put and then add slice steak
-Add seasonings, fresh garlic, olive oil, and beef broth
– Cover and cook for 4 hours
Serve on a flour tortillas or bed of lettuce! I also love to serve this dish with corn and black beans!

Guacamole:
3 ripe Avocados
chopped up tomatoes
1/2 onion
1 Jalapeno Pepper
1 bunch of Cilantro ( Fresh is the best for amazing flavor)
Add Salt to taste
2 Garlic Cloves
Juice of 1 Lime
Cilantro lime cauliflower rice
– 2 bags of cooked cauliflower rice
– add lime juice, salt, and cilantro to taste
I used 2 limes, dash of salt, and about 2T of cilantro
Egg muffins:
-whisk eggs (I did 5)
-chop up veggies of choice
-fill up one silicone cup with water and pour in machine
– pour egg mixture in dash maker cups and then pour toppings on top
-cook for 10-12 minutes
-cook for 10-12 minutes

Turkey and Veggie Egg Muffins
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
– Chop ½ onion
– 3 small peppers
– 8-10 slices of lean turkey
-10 eggs
-Mix salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper, along with above ingredients in egg mixture
-Transfer to muffin pan and bake for 20-25 min
