overnight oats healthy weight loss recipe

Oats
milk
yogurt
honey
chia seeds
nuts
dry kiwi
bananas or apples or mangoes

add oats ,yogurt ,chia seeds,nuts ,
dry kiwi, honey and mix well in a bowl or jar and close the Lid and store in refrigerator for overnight

next day
add milk to the soaked oats and add fruits of your choice and finally honey for sweetness
u can also add cinnamon powder (optional)
