Tzatziki sauce is one of the best sauce or side dishes you can use. It is a healthy and low calorie sauce that goes great with grilled meats or just a dip. I only use greek yogurt for this recipe. Some recipes call for sour cream and olive oil but you don’t really need to to make a great tzatziki sauce.

Ingredients
– 200 g 5% Greek yogurt
– 1 large cucumber
– 3 garlic cloves
– lemon zest and juice from half of lemon
– 1/2 tbs fresh dill
– salt and pepper
