Ingredients
Few pieces of boiled sweet potatoes
Few pieces of boiled pumpkin
Few florets of boiled broccoli
Few chunks of marinated paneer
Boiled chick peas
Cherry tomatoes
Chopped onions
Chopped capsicum
Cooked brown rice (Optional)
Ingredients for salad dressing
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Pink salt as per taste
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chilli flakes
tomato ketchup as per your taste
lemon juice
Mustard Sauce ( optional)
Method
Make salad dressing by mixing all the ingredients mentioned under ingredients heading
Add all veggies and mix well
Add 3 or 4 spoon of brown rice
