INGREDIENTS:
FOR DRESSING:
3 tbsp jaggery powder
1 tsp crushed garlic
a pinch of salt
2 tsp crushed ginger
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp oil
1tbsp peanut butter

FOR SALAD :
1.5 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup carrot juliennes
1/2 cup capsicum
2 cups mango
1 cup raw papaya
1/2 cup onion
handful of mint leaves
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
