Dragon fruit has a very high fiber and magnesium content which is best for weight loss. We then added it into the cooked lean sirloin steak that results in a very delicious and low calorie diet of only 477 calories.

According to studies: to lose weight, you have to take 300-400 calories for breakfast, 500-700 calories for lunch and 500-700 at dinner time.
