** BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE **
1 cup spinach
6 stalks of celery
1 cucumber
2 lemons (peeled)
1/4 cup fresh mint
1.5 cups coconut water
** AVOCADO TAHINI SPREAD **
– 1 avocado
– 1 tsp tahini
– Juice of half a lemon
– Pinch of Celtic Salt
** POT ROAST **
– 2 cups carrots
– 3 cups celery
– 2 cups mushrooms of choice
– 3-5 lbs grass-fed chuck roast
– 2 cups organic fingerling potatoes
– 32 oz organic beef stock
– mixed fresh herbs, oregano, rosemary, sage, bay leaf, and thyme
