In this video I share with you a delicious and healthy recipe of shallow fried Sea Bream, or Dorada as it´s known here in Spain, on a bed of Asian style quinoa.
After talking about the numerous benefits of quinoa I also admit that it can be pretty tasteless unless you knock some serious flavours into it.
And so I then show you one way that I like to give it an Asian flavour by cooking it with lime and then adding garlic salt, soy sauce, chili and fresh coriander.
Simple, delicious, super healthy……….and something I made in the kitchen that wasn´t a healthy smoothie!!!!!!
