INGREDIENTS
3 red chillies
1 tbsp jeera (Cumin)
1 1/2 cup urad dal
4 Green chillies
1 inch ginger
1/4 Baking soda (optional)
1 tsp salt (or as per your taste)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cup of low fat greek yogurt
1 cup of water
2 tbsp of Dates sugar
Tamarind chutney for garnish
