HEALTHY WHOLE WHEAT BREAD WITH WALNUT AND CRANBERRIES

This homemade healthy whole wheat bread bakes soft and delicious. The delicate texture can only be achieved with particular ingredients and careful mixing methods. For best results, follow this recipe and video tutorial closely ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

【Ingredient List】

Pre-ferment (Sponge):
Bread Flour (All Purpose is NOT recommended)140g
Warm Milk 105g (Can be substituted with 100g of water)
Instant 4g/1 Tsp

Whole Wheat Dough:
Whole Wheat Flour 200g
Cold Water/Ice Cold Water 170g

The Final Dough:
The pre-fermen t(sponge)
The wholewheat dough
Sugar 30g (Can be substituted with honey, molasses, or maple syrup, you may use more or less sugar here)
Softened unsalted Butter 30g
Salt 3g(½Tsp)

Nuts and Fruits ( your choice of nuts and Fruits)
20g Cranberry
30g Whole walnuts
20g raisins

Toppings (optional)
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Sesame seeds

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. After 20 minutes Cover the top with aluminum foil and continue to bake for another 25-30 minutes.
