Ingredients (serves 2)
1/2 cup rajma/kidney beans (soaked overnight)
1 onion
1-2 tomato
1 capsicum
1small carrot
green chilli as per taste
garlic 4-5
fresh coriander
salt to taste
1/4 tsp oregano (optional)
1/4 tsp chilli (optional)
oil/ghee/butter
per serving – 240 calories
12-13g protien
