Here I have made sweet potato sandwich with all the healthy ingredients it’s a perfect protein rich diet and a complete meal.
I have used here pink sauce and green sauce to increase the flavor.
And trust me it’s going to be one of the yummiest sandwich you will ever have without even compromising on health.

Ingredients :
Take 3 to 4 slices each of
sweet potato
Onion
tomato
mushroom
cucumber
paneer/cottage cheese
cabbage
Capsicum
black pepper
cumin powder
chilli flakes
oil
salt

multigrain bread 4 to 5 slices

for making pink sauce:
in half cup of whisked curd
add 1 tbsp beetroot juice
add tsp black pepper powder
add 1 tsp cumin/jeera powder
add salt and mix it well

for making green chutney:
take half cup mint and coriander leaves in equal amounts and an inch of ginger 2 green chilles and garlic cloves 4 to 5 with a little bit of salt amd a dash of water and grind into a smooth paste.
