Hey friends, welcome back to another week of what’s for dinner. This week we tried quite a few new recipes and I even came up with a new one of my own. I’m excited to share these with y’all let me know if you plan on trying any of them.

🍔PIONEER WOMAN SLOPPY JOES (I cut this in half and leave out the green pepper) (
🍜CHOW MEIN (
🍝CREAMY SAUSAGE & SUN-DRIED TOMATO RAVIOLI
½ lb sausage
Basil, crushed red pepper
¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella (Not the fresh kind. Either the block or the pre-shredded)
1 package sun-dried tomato ravioli (mine was from Aldi)
Brown sausage with basil and crushed red pepper. Once browned drain any excess grease. Then add sun-dried tomatoes and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. Meanwhile, bring salted water to a boil to cook the ravioli to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water.
Add the heavy cream and mozzarella to the sausage and reduce the heat to low and simmer 3-5 minutes while the ravioli cooks. Once ravioli is done add to sauce and add reserved pasta water to thin sauce if desired.
